Pharmaceutical Company Takes a Step Towards Employee Wellbeing
Pratibimb Charitable Trust’s well-known program, LIFE and BREATH, recently ventured into the corporate world. On May 3rd and 4th, 2024, a group of top executives from FDC Ltd., a major pharmaceutical company, participated in this unique program.

Intensive Training for Leaders:
The program was held at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini in Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Mumbai. Over two days, 61 senior personnel from FDC Ltd. received intensive training. This included sessions on:

• Spiritual breathing exercises
• Meditation techniques
• Laws of living a healthy and fulfilling life
• Strategies for achieving success and joy

The program saw the active participation of FDC Ltd.’s Managing Director, Mr. Mohan Chandavarkar, and Director, Mr. Ameya Chandavarkar. Their enthusiastic involvement demonstrates the company’s commitment to employee well-being.
