Residential Camp 05
Residential cum Non-Residential Camp 05
26-28 May 2023 @ Chembur Gymkhana, Mumbai, Maharashtra
With the fantastic response to our first Residential camp of this year, we decided to organize a second camp in Mumbai at Chembur Gymkhana. The camp lasted for three days over the weekend, allowing more people to attend either as Residents or on a Non-Residential basis.
The day began at 9 am with an Inauguration ceremony where a diya was lit. The trustees and teachers were introduced to everyone. The participants were divided into groups each guided by our faculty of teachers. Our course coordinator Pravin Manker Sir had a brief introduction to the course which continued with the theory and breathing exercises. The techniques of the exercises and meditation were practised. There were practical experiments shown to relate to the theory of the course.
We had breaks for lunch and tea during the day. We took these opportunities to relax, recharge, and socialize before resuming the activities of the day.
The first day’s session ended at 6 pm, and everyone departed eagerly anticipating the next day.
On the second day, the Non-Residential students returned with great enthusiasm. The day was filled with various activities, starting with intense Breathing exercises and informative theory sessions.
Engaging discussions were held to enhance understanding. To break the monotony, there were refreshing lunch breaks and tea breaks, allowing everyone to recharge and relax.
At 6 pm, the second day ended. The participants felt satisfied and full of energy, excited for the last of the camp.
The final day started at 9 am with a practice session. We then delved into theory and meditation. It was wonderful to see participants sharing their feedback and talking about their camp experiences. As the day came to an end, we enjoyed some light-hearted moments and reflected on the memories we had made throughout the camp.

The universe doesn’t want you to try harder. It wants you to BREATHE, LET GO & be open to things being easier, magical than you can ever imagine. Those who flow as the universe flows know they need no other force.

Recently I attended Life and Breath Camp organised by Pratibimb Charitable Trust in Bengaluru from 24-26 Feb. It was very well organised and each member from the Trust as well as the participants were so helpful, cooperative and smiling .Earlier I was hesitant to join this camp thinking that there would be no use of joining it. But I must say that I would have regretted not joining it. The way it was taught in three days was mind blowing ..The course lay emphasis on the right technique of breathing and its impact on day to day life, how the Prana Shakti absorption can help in getting rid of the chronic diseases and in the camp itself I became positive. I have promised to follow it religiously and shed my extra weight too. We had fun in the night after the dinner as all of us would go out for Ice Cream and paan This good memory of learning and fun and staying together in a camp will remain with me and I will definitely join another camp in the future .Many of them who are normal housewife like me or other professionals must definitely join this course for a new dimension in their lives too.
